Orders & Cancellations

Yes. We offer order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it. In that case, you can still contact us for return instructions after your package arrives.

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at contact@glowphere.com.

We can only update your shipping address if your order has not yet been processed. Once the order is in transit, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Glowphere™ products. Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging. Items showing significant wear or damage caused by the customer may not qualify for a full refund.

To start a return or exchange, please email our support team at contact@glowphere.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A short reason for the return or exchange
  • Photos of the item, if it arrived damaged or incorrect

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps within 24–48 hours.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Send us your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.

We carefully inspect and package every order, but if something goes wrong, we will make it right.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after it is sent, as carriers may take time to scan the package into their system.

Tracking can sometimes take a few business days to update, especially when the package is moving between fulfillment centers or carrier facilities.

Product & Usage

Glowphere™ Overnight Peptide Face & Eye Patches are designed to improve the look of fine lines and wrinkles while you sleep.

Each patch is pre-loaded with a cooling hydrogel infused with 5 line-smoothing peptides, niacinamide and caffeine. Two shapes target everything from forehead lines, "11s" and smile lines to under-eye creases, puffiness and crow's feet — so you wake up to softer, fresher-looking skin.

For best results, wear them overnight:

  • Start with clean, dry skin — no moisturizer or oil underneath, or the patch won't stick well
  • Gently hold the skin taut over the line you're targeting
  • Press the patch on and rub for a few seconds to activate the gel backing
  • Leave on for at least 2 hours — overnight is best — then peel off and discard

Stretching the skin first is the step most people skip, and it's what lets the gel sink into the wrinkle.

They can — the key is completely product-free skin. Cleanse, pat fully dry, and skip your moisturizer on those areas.

Then "iron" each patch down with your fingertip for about 5 seconds to lock the gel in place. Done right, they hold all night.

You'll feel the cooling, hydrating effect right away, and most people see a smoother, more refreshed look the very next morning.

Any patches you don't use stay moist on their backing sheet until you're ready for them.
